Set-Up
Sparklane is a SaaS solution that requires no system installation.
On startup, you will simply be asked to download the Google Chrome Sparklane extension.
We have the ability to connect with most CRMs via off-the-shelf connectors:
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Hubspot, Pipedrive, SugarCRM, SalesLoft, Sellsy.
We can also set up an automatic sending of accounts/contacts in an excel file deposited on a secure sFTP server.
If your CRM allows it, we can set up a connector via a web form created from the CRM.
Credits
As soon as we retrieve an email address, a mobile phone number or both, a credit is debited from your balance.

By default, 100 contact credits renewed each month.
You can subscribe to more credits depending on your usage, or if you want to enrich coordinates in bulk.

We can annualize the credits. You will thus have 1200 credits renewed on the anniversary date of the contract.
Data
For various reasons, e-mail addresses may be incorrect (recent job/employer change, etc.). According to the market average, the error rate of e-mail addresses is around 30%. According to our latest analyses, we are slightly below 20%.
A “Report an error” button allows us to report incorrect e-mail addresses so that we no longer offer them.
Targeting
Yes, the targeting interface allows you to target your market to a sector of activity, a sub-sector or even a NAF code. It is also possible to exclude or include these elements when targeting.
